This is what people do when they are tired and sleepy. But this is not expected from a person who safe guards us, the Police. He is not allowed to sleep while on duty, you cannot give any reasons for this. Just look at the pic, his gun is fully loaded with ammos, what happens if he suddenly wakes with a sudden a nightmare?
